About Members Extension
Members Extension (m/x) is a community of people making things happen. As an annual member of d.talks, m/x is where you’ll receive invitations to discovery activities that blend “quirky” with “informed.”

Untold City is a new series revealing hidden histories and the architectural gems: the weird, the wild and the uncanny that make up the urban fabric of our city. Each instalment in this series will feature a single unique building and will explore its design, history, uses, and inhabitants.
Through tours and conversations with people who know these buildings best, we will begin to uncover and understand the awesome and inspiring spaces that make Calgary our own. You won’t find these places in a guidebook. Only the locals know. We’ll take you inside.
Buddies Program fosters unique encounters by pairing you (at random!) with another d.talks member. Their age, gender, background, or profession may be similar to yours…or it may be completely different! We know that new connections can bring meaningful discussions on the design of our city and beyond.
Your membership opts you into the Buddies Program, and you can choose to activate it if you wish.
